Practice Information
Our practice specializes in treating a variety of conditions, from low back and neck pain, to sports injuries, as well as rehabilitation following an auto accident or on the job injury.
Note also that we have registered massage therapists on staff here for your convenience. Through them we are able to provide therapeutic as well as relaxation massage for our patients.

Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. We'll do everything possible to find an convenient time for your appointment. Phones are transferred to Dr. Guillory's mobil phone when we are out of the office.
Financial
Many insurance companies have Chiropractic coverage. Come in for our free consultation and we will verify your coverage while you are with the Doctor.
In addition, for those without health care coverage, you'll find our fee schedule is set up to make your care as affordable as possible. And of course, we also accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
